Our performance management process, Dialogue, supports your development with personal and career goal setting, performance reviews and ratings, and by fostering an environment of ongoing communication between you and your performance manager. You initiate Dialogue by setting your goals and planning your career, then monitoring your performance throughout the year with engagement/project reviews, interim reviews, and year-end reviews. You will meet with your performance manager to discuss your performance at each step of the process.
